By submitting this form, you confirm that you are authorized to place this order on behalf of your organization. The submission of the order form serves as an official request for production. Invoices will be provided within 1-5 business days and payment will be due in full as outlined in the invoice. Any specific payment arrangements must be pre-approved by The Author. Production and delivery of the books will take 2-4 weeks once payment is received. Books are printed in small batches according to your form submission and therefore orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded after they have been finalized and moved to production. Orders that remain unpaid or unconfirmed will be considered to be "abandoned" after 10 business days from invoice issuance or 3 unsuccessful attempts at payment. Upon abandonment of an order any reservation, promotion, or specific requests will be forfeited. Repeated abandonment of orders may result in restriction of future orders and booking of services at The Author's discretion.
